Sponsor the airfare of our team members for our trip to help children all across the country receive their own Inspire session!
Because we travel with 100+ costumes, we generally have to check at least 6 bags (not including our own belongings). With around 10 bags total plus 4-6 team members, we require a 15 passenger van to be able to get around.
This rental is vital to being able to provide children in other cities with Inspire Sessions and we can't do it without the help of our amazing donors!
Although we have a large 800 costume inventory, we purchase brand new costumes for any child with cancer or a suppressed immune system. And when we are at a hospital, every single costume has to be brand new regardless of diagnosis.
Each costume and prop set costs us an average of $55
With a team of 4-6 people, we need two hotel rooms so that we can rest up for our next day with over 20 photo shoots per photographer per day!
Team Member Food
On our tour stops, our team works incredibly hard so making sure we have 3 solid, balanced meals (while sometimes we aren't great about) is incredibly important! Food costs are $50 a day, and our trips are 4-6 days.
Team Decompress Activity
Our days are filled with a lot of emotionally trying situations. Meeting all of these families is a huge blessing for us all, but it also can be incredibly emotionally exhausting meeting lots of terminally ill children. It's incredibly important for us to be able to spend time together and reflect on the sessions and also have fun together.
In Orlando, we will be visiting Universal Studios for one day in between Give Kids the World and our outpatient and inpatient photo shoots.
This cost is for one team member to be at Universal Studios for a day.
In just four days, three photographers will be doing 200 Inspire Sessions. This is going to be our largest and most expensive National Tour stop yet, and we need your help!
